- Like a magnet, @BCCF draws the attention of influential individuals, and
- Like a spotlight, @BCCF raises awareness for non-profit organizations who promote self-reliance and sustainability by partnering with 5 star brands like The Ritz-Carlton or Tiffany & Co. to host charity events highlighting these non-profit organizations.
So, by first attracting influential individuals to these charity events, Black Card Circle® Foundation, Inc. is then able to, in turn, shine a focused spotlight on screened, legitimate not-for-profit organizations who promote self-reliance and sustainability.
Non-profit organizations survive and subsequently thrive on three critical elements and resources:
1. Money, or other related financial resources;
2. People, volunteers, or staff who tend to accept a lower-than-market salary; and
3. Awareness.
Of these 3 vital elements, Black Card Circle® Foundation, Inc. believes that awareness is most critical because awareness brings capital and draws volunteers. If people are not aware of the organization, then how will the organization raise critical funding and enlist committed volunteers?
Thus, Black Card Circle® Foundation, Inc.’s primary mission is to serve as an awareness raising organization, rather than a fund raising organization. BCCF is similiar to a Public Relations (PR) firm, of sorts, to other non-profit organizations.
There are many individual, high profile celebrities who have the ability to highlight various non-profit organizations, however celebrities may lose their celebrity standing and/or star power over time or they, as all people do, pass away.
A perpetual, ongoing institution or foundation like the Black Card Circle® Foundation, Inc. (BCCF) will go on through time long after the founder is gone and long after the volunteer Board Directors pass on as well. That is by design.
People, come and go, but ideas last forever.
