The Black Card Circle Foundation hosted it’s semi-annual Black Tie Charity Event at the Ritz-Carlton Residences in Los Angeles, California.
Supporters and donors alike attended to make a difference supporting the 501(c)(3) Black Card Circle Foundation (BCCF) and the two beneficiary charities for the evening: New Horizons and Project by Project.
